PESR Practitioner Course

The PESR - performance enhancement stress reduction course, is one of the most unique, performance development, certified stress reduction hypnotherapy courses available in the world. The six day course makes up a complete programme of learning, leading to a Practitioner Certificate in Performance Enhancement & Stress Reduction (PESRCert). Successful completion of this 6 day course provides you with enough training which will allow you to begin practising as a Performance Enhancement & Stress Reduction (PESR) Practitioner. You will be eligible to use the PESRCert letters after your name and embark on an independent career in performance enhancement and stress management. Graduates are also eligible to apply their learning from this course and continue with further study of mind management or hypnopsychotherapy.

The Performance Enhancement & Stress Reduction (PESR) Practitioner course teaches individuals how to take control of and improve personal performance and well-being, in themselves and in others. This course appeals to three types of individuals: those interested in their own self development; those wanting to establish a lucrative career as a PESR practitioner; and those individuals who currently work to improve the performance and well-being of others, such as those who provide stress management coach training, personal trainers, coaches, mentors, clinical and non-clinical therapists, holistic practitioners, educators, etc.

This course is presented by Tod Cury, ICCHP Programme Director and Spence Baldwin, ICCHP Programme Manager.

Tod has been providing performance enhancement and stress reduction training for over 18 years and currently works with a variety of clients, which includes several hundred university students every year, business and sports professionals and those looking to reduce their stress/anxiety and improve their performance. Tod has held executive roles in IBM, Red Hat, British Telecom, McDonnell Douglas Information Systems, MetaMatrix and other corporate environments, as well as establishing and running his own businesses. Tod attributes his personal and professional success to the application of the techniques and processes taught on this PESR course.

Spencer works with musicians, actors, sportspeople, opera singers, personal trainers and other performers with a range of psychological and emotional issues. His background is in the music business. This experience includes 9 years at Warner Music, working with and developing music for chart-topping artists. Spencer subsequently owned and managed a variety of independent record labels and publishing companies as well as management roles for world famous DJs, producers and artists. Recent years have been devoted to provide training in mind management and performance control techniques, drawing on this varied and extensive experience.
