Here is a list of the many published news and blog articles from the ICCHP.
It is worth checking for new articles on a regular basis, as this list is continuously updates with articles about hypnotherapy training, hypnotherapy course approaches, the latest hypnotherapy research and commentary; this is in addition to many other interesting hypnosis and hypnotherapy related articles and other types of information that you may find of interest.
There are many different topics that we will cover in our blog articles.
One of the key types of articles, in order to inform students and practitioners, is up to date theoretical and practice based evidence research. Theoretical research is research about the concepts of hypnosis, what it is, what outcomes are measured in laboratory analysis, how and why it works, etc. This type of research helps to understand theoretical frameworks, which support the use and application of hypnosis.
Practice based evidence research is that which informs our use and application with clients/patients in the treatment approaches and techniques used and the likely outcomes of each for different types of conditions and therapeutic processes used. These tend to be the most useful types of research for hypnotherapists in practice. The ICCHP encourages all students and graduates to keep up to date with the latest practice based evidence, hence the inclusion in our blog post discussions.
Other types of articles, that are not research, but which may be of interest to our students and graduates will also be included. This may include information on new hypnosis and hypnotherapy approaches and techniques, or on new psychotherapy developments. Again, these will help inform students and practitioners.
We will publish articles about new developments at the ICCHP. This is general news about the ICCHP as a hypnotherapy college, or useful information about training or becoming a hypnotherapist. It also includes new developments and information about our current courses, or new courses being offered. Up to date newsletters and other information that may be useful or helpful for students and practitioners are also available.
We are always looking for new and interesting information to share with the ICCHP community, so if any one has an interesting topic suggestion, then please let us know and we would be more than happy to explore the topic further and put together an interesting article for you to read.
