1 Day Introductory Hypnosis Workshop
This is a 1 day hypnosis workshop where you will be introduced to the concept of hypnosis. You will learn and experience what it is like to be hypnotised and how to hypnotise someone. You will also learn the practice of self hypnosis and how you can use this in your everyday life to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. You will practice with others under the full guidance, safety and supervision of professional hypnotherapists.
The workshops take place from 10:00am to 5:00pm at Birkbeck, University of London, Malet Street, London, WC1E 7HX.
